If you have new or gently used wedding gowns, mother-of-the-bride gowns, prom and homecoming gowns, flower girl dresses and other special occasion gowns, bring them to Twice and cash in! We are not accepting bridesmaid gowns. Here are three simple steps to help you get started:

STEP ONE: EVALUATION

Currently, there is no appointment needed to consign your items. Please click to view and print the Consignment Agreement and Item List. You are not required to complete the Item List, we are happy to do that when you bring us your items. However, if you prefer to complete the Item List in advance, please feel free to do so and bring it along with your items. In order to maintain the pristine quality of our inventory, we ask that you be selective and take the time to prepare only your best items. Twice Upscale Resale requires that the following criteria be met:

• Articles should be generally no older than 3 years.

• Articles should be in new or like-new condition.

• Articles should be freshly dry-cleaned or laundered, and stain free.

• Articles should arrive on hangers rather than folded in bags.

STEP TWO: PRICING

Our consultants are equipped with the formal wear know-how to accurately price any gown that you may want to consign. Please leave all original price tags in place if the garment is brand new/never worn. Twice will determine the selling price of all items based on age, condition, brand, style, size and demand. Consignors are paid 40% of the final selling price less any taxes.

STEP THREE: PAYMENT

Consignment payments are processed every month. Once the consigned item has been sold, your check will be cut the 10th of the following month. 

Consignment agreements are based on a 6-month period. After the 6-month period, you may either donate your items to Twice or pick them up. It is the consignor’s responsibility to keep track of the pick-up dates. All items not picked up within 14 days after the contract end date will automatically become the property of Twice without further notice. 

You can also use any consignment earnings as store credit, and you will receive a 10% credit bonus with this option! If you have $100 in credit, it will be worth $110 towards your purchase. Just check the box on your consignment form indicating you would like to take advantage of this option, or you can ask a store associate to change your account at any time. You may also change your account back to receiving a check at any time, just ask any consultant to make the change to your account.
